Seasoned Securities Litigator Tower C. Snow, Jr. Joins Cooley
San Francisco, Calif. – June 9, 2011 – Cooley LLP announced today that
Tower C. Snow, Jr. has joined the firm as a partner in its
securities litigation practice. He will be based in San Francisco.
Snow is one of the country's leading securities litigators, having served as counsel in more than 200 securities class actions for dozens of Fortune 500 companies. In addition, he has conducted dozens of complex internal investigations and led the defense of many high-profile derivative cases and regulatory proceedings.

Prior to joining Cooley, Snow was a director at Howard Rice Nemerovski Canady Falk & Rabkin. Snow graduated with an A.B. from Dartmouth College, and earned his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley. He is a frequent speaker and has authored more than 250 articles on trends and issues in securities litigation. Snow has testified before both United States Congressional and California Senate Committees on a variety of securities issues.
