Cooley Represents Omnicell In $156 Million Agreement To Acquire MTS Medication Technologies

Palo Alto, Calif – May 3, 2012 – Cooley LLP announced today that it is advising Omnicell, Inc., which on May 2 announced that it had signed an agreement to acquire MTS Medication Technologies, Inc., a worldwide provider of medication adherence packaging systems, for $156 million, subject to certain adjustments, in a cash transaction.
