Michael Attanasio Achieves Complete Trial Victory for Roger Clemens (Wall Street Journal, CNN, New York Post and others)
Michael Attanasio, partner in charge of Cooley's San Diego office and vice chair of the firmwide Litigation practice, alongside Rusty Hardin, represented Roger Clemens in the obstruction of Congress and perjury prosecution brought against him by the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Columbia. A jury found Clemens not guilty of all six charges on June 18, 2012.
