Cooley's Donald K. Stern Named Among Most Influential Attorneys

Boston – Jan. 11, 2010 – Donald K. Stern, a partner at Cooley Godward Kronish LLP, was named to the Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly's The Power List, a listing of the state's most influential attorneys.
 
Stern is a member of Cooley's 300-lawyer litigation department. Prior to joining Cooley, he served as the United States attorney for the District of Massachusetts from 1993 to 2001, where he directed an office of almost 100 attorneys.  He also previously served as chief legal counsel to former Massachusetts Gov. Michael S. Dukakis and as an assistant attorney general in the Massachusetts attorney general's office.
