Taiwanese high-tech companies face complex and unique legal issues concerning intellectual property rights, particularly when facing infringement allegations in U.S. Courts. High-ranking executives and legal teams at these companies need to understand the most recent developments of the law in order to make important decisions to protect the companies and gain market shares.

Cooley is pleased to present on a wide range of patent litigation topics that are of interest to Taiwanese companies.
