The workshop is aimed at CFOs, controllers, general counsel and administrative managing directors of private equity and venture capital firms doing business in China. A team of over a half a dozen Cooley attorneys specializing in fund formation, fund governance, IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, corporate matters and cross-border litigation will address current legal and regulatory issues facing China funds and discuss the current fundraising environment. This event is entirely complimentary to attend, and includes all training sessions, a light breakfast, lunch, a follow-up wine reception and plenty of time to network with your fellow professionals as well as attorneys from Cooley.
