Please join Cooley LLP for our China Investment Fund Workshop to be held on Friday, March 30, 2012 at the Conrad Hong Kong. The workshop is aimed at CFOs, controllers, in-house counsels and administrative managing directors of private equity and venture capital firms doing business in China. A team of Cooley attorneys specializing in fund formation, fund governance and regulatory matters will address current legal and regulatory issues facing China funds and discuss the current fundraising environment.
