Zulily Sells to Liberty Interactive for $2.4 Billion

Cooley advised zulily on its $2.4 billion sale to Liberty Interactive, parent company of QVC.

Zulily is an e-commerce flash-sales site. Liberty Interactive owns interests in subsidiaries and other companies that are primarily engaged in the video and digital commerce industries.

Zulily has been a Cooley client since its formation in 2009. The founders of zulily, Mark Vadon and Darrell Cavens, came from Cooley client BlueNile, which Mark Vadon also founded. In 2013, Cooley took zulily public.
