  • Represented a UK-based company and a leading provider of hedge fund consulting services in the world in a hotly contested civil litigation brought by one of its competitors, involving the alleged theft of trade secrets
  • Delivered a victory for UK-based client HSBC in an antitrust case brought against its former factoring unit, HSBC Business Credit
  • Advised Israel-based Stratasys, Ltd. on the acquisitions of Makerbot for $600 million, Solid Concepts for $295 million, and Harvest Technologies and GrabCAD for undisclosed amounts. Cooley also advised Israel-based Objet Ltd. on its $1.4 billion merger with Stratasys
  • Represented Germany-based BASF's $1 billion acquisition of Becker Underwood
  • Advised Websense, Inc. on its acquisition of UK-based SurfControl plc, for $440 million
