Cooley advised Rubrik, the Zero Trust Data Security Company delivering data security and operational resilience for enterprises, on its $752 million initial public offering. Rubrik issued and sold 23,500,000 shares of Class A common stock priced at $32 per share, with a 30-day option for the underwriters to purchase up to 3,525,000 additional shares of Class A common stock.

Cooley, alongside a team from Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, secured a summary judgment victory for the National Association of Realtors (NAR) in a high-stakes antitrust case brought against NAR and Zillow.

Cooley advised Senti Biosciences, a biotechnology company, on its sale of certain assets – including its manufacturing facility and chemistry, manufacturing, and controls capabilities – to Celadon Partners.

Cooley and the Mid-Atlantic Innocence Project (MAIP) secured an early release for pro bono client Kenneth Bond-El, who was convicted of first-degree murder at the age of 16 and sentenced to life imprisonment plus 60 years in 1997.

Cooley advised Within, a Los Angeles-based firm responsible for developing immersive virtual reality fitness app Supernatural, on its agreement to sell to Meta. Partners Anne Lieberman and Dave Young led the Cooley team advising Within.
