He has handled a variety of significant business transactions, including public and private equity offerings, high yield and convertible debt financings and mergers and acquisitions. In addition, he also represents a number of venture capital and private equity funds in connection with their investing activities and securities compliance matters. He has represented publicly traded and privately held companies in a wide variety of industries, including biotechnology, medical devices, pharmaceuticals and information technology.
