Margaret Fischofer’s practice focuses on the representation of innovative clients in connection with patent counseling, procurement, enforcement, licensing, diligence and technology transfers.  Maggie counsels clients across a variety of technological sectors, including consumer products, medical devices, cybersecurity, e-commerce, and clean energy & technologies.  In addition to working with industry-established clients, Maggie counsels early stage companies on developing a patent portfolio strategy that maximizes their resources.
