Event summary

In Animal Science Products, Inc. v. Hebei Welcome Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd., the Supreme Court is considering how much deference to give a foreign authority's interpretation of its own law. Given the number of price fixing cartels originating outside the United States, the decision could have major implications for both criminal and follow-on civil antitrust actions. Cooley lawyer Elizabeth Wright will moderate the panel discussion.
