Cooley hosted satellite session
4:20 – 4:40 pm ET: Global Regulatory Round-Up of Policy and Enforcement Midway Through 2021
Regulators have been busy in the first half of 2021. During this session, Cooley's international products team will provide an overview of developments in consumer products regulation and litigation. Topics will include CPSC updates on implementation of the new upholstered furniture flammability standard, infant sleep standard and artificial intelligence/connected products; an overview of developments in products liability litigation; and the European Commission’s proposal for regulation of artificial intelligence.
