We hosted a fireside chat with Washington strategist Bruce Mehlman and former Federal Communications Commission Commissioner Robert McDowell, Cooley partner and co-chair of its global communications practice.

Bruce and Robert discussed the outlook for the upcoming midterm elections and expectations for policy impacts in 2023 – 2024, with a focus on technology and trade. 

With more than two decades’ experience in public policy, business and the law, Bruce is a highly sought-after speaker on policy and political trends. In 2022 alone, he keynoted more than 40 sessions with C-suites, venture capital teams, global audiences and many Cooley clients.
