Event summary

Securities Enforcement Forum is the preeminent securities enforcement conference in the world. It is a unique, one-day conference that brings together current and former senior SEC officials, securities enforcement and white-collar attorneys, in-house counsel and compliance executives and other top professionals in the field.

Securities Enforcement Forum 2022 showcased a keynote address by SEC Enforcement Director Gurbir Grewal. The event included a full day of panels on the most pressing and critical topics in securities enforcement, including cryptocurrency, whistleblowers, financial and accounting fraud, advanced litigation and investigation strategies, financial firms, insider trading, SPACs, ESG and much more. The conference featured an unparalleled faculty, including many current senior SEC enforcement officials and over three dozen other luminaries in the securities enforcement field.
