Building a Resilient Organization – Video Case: Terror at the Taj
Event summary
On November 26, 2008, armed terrorists launched a number of attacks in Mumbai, India, including at the Taj Mahal Hotel. In the aftermath of the attacks, hotel staff and leaders received praise for their response. In this session, we discussed what led the staff to respond the way they did to the trauma.
This session encouraged participants to reflect on what makes an organization resilient, how client focus can be nurtured and what leads to the development of a strong culture. (No prior preparation is needed for this session.)
