In this session, Cooley cyber/data/privacy partner Michael Egan and associate Liza Cotter explored the intersection of data privacy, cybersecurity and artificial intelligence. As companies adopt and develop consumer-facing AI tools, they must navigate emerging cybersecurity and privacy risks. This panel delved into the nuances of training data, new attack vectors and cyber threats, compliance with consumer data privacy laws, and Securities and Exchange Commission cyber disclosure requirements that are unique to these new AI technologies.
