The primary focus of the Sedona Conference Working Group 12 Annual Meeting is for current WG12 drafting teams to lead a document-based dialogue to obtain member comment and advance the draft commentaries and project charters toward publication for public comment.
Attendees also engaged in dialogue with the working group membership about what additional topics they should pursue via brainstorming groups and drafting teams over the next year. Additionally, Sedona has planned a judicial roundtable, featuring some of its judicial advisers.
