In addition, topics included a review of compliance obligations and the concerns most important to potential purchasers, strategies for risk mitigation, a look at important regulatory trends and enforcement updates that may have consequences for the industry, legal ethics issues related to AI, cloud computing and the practice of law, and an examination of the policies and procedures needed to protect sensitive data in the cloud and the transfers of data between cloud computing vendors.
