- Risks that attorney-client privilege and/or work product protection may be waived
- The cybersecurity threat environment, proactive steps to mitigate risks, discovering an attack and recovering from a breach
- The importance of standards and unavoidability of regulatory requirements
- Application of generative artificial intelligence tools in legal practice
