  • Risks that attorney-client privilege and/or work product protection may be waived
  • The cybersecurity threat environment, proactive steps to mitigate risks, discovering an attack and recovering from a breach
  • The importance of standards and unavoidability of regulatory requirements
  • Application of generative artificial intelligence tools in legal practice
