Employee Restrictive Covenants: The Legal Landscape and Practical Impact in NY and Beyond
Cooley special counsel Joseph Lockinger will join a panel of thought leaders for a discussion on the evolving federal and state court decisions and rules in the wake of the Federal Trade Commission’s proposed ban on noncompetes and other states’ legislation on the topic. Panelists will cover how employers might adapt their employee agreements to the changing landscape and how the courts view –and under what circumstances enforce – such covenants. This program qualifies for continuing legal education (CLE) credit.
