As part of our examination of AI use in the employment sphere, we’ll also discuss the bellwether EU AI Act, the UK’s evolving framework for AI regulation, new AI laws at the state level in the US (including in Colorado and Illinois), bias litigation in the US, and the US federal focus on AI regulations (including specific requirements for federal contractors using AI tools).
