True Religion Final DIP Approved After Resolution Reached With UCC
"Judge Christopher Sontchi approved the True Religion debtors’ DIP financing motion on a final basis at a bankruptcy court hearing in Delaware this morning, providing the debtors with access to the full $60 million revolving DIP facility provided by Citizens Bank. The final DIP hearing was uncontested after the debtors’ resolution of various DIP-related issues raised by the unsecured creditors committee. At today’s hearing, counsel also updated the court on several positive operational developments, including success at new pop-up outlets."
