Palo Alto – September 12, 2017 – In its annual Litigation Outlook client feedback report, BTI Consulting Group has recognized Cooley’s exceptional work in five litigation powerhouse categories, as well as further recognition by clients as a ‘standout’ firm for securities litigation. Cooley is named a “powerhouse” firm in the categories of IP litigation, complex commercial, complex employment, class actions and product liability.
The report focuses on trends in the litigation market and uncovers how client behavior and spending is expected to change in 2018.
