Rosa’s Thai Café Sells to TriSpan

London – June 19, 2018 – Cooley advised Rosa’s Thai Café, founded by husband-and-wife team Saiphin and Alex Moore, on the sale of a majority stake to US private equity firm TriSpan. Cooley private equity partner Stephen Rosen led the team advising Rosa’s Thai Café on the transaction.

Rosa’s Thai Café first opened in Spitalfields, London, in 2008 and the group now has 13 sites with three openings scheduled for 2018. Rosa’s Thai Café has increased sales more than 45% per annum in the past two years.
