Sunbasket to Combine With Prüvit to Create Single Wellness Platform

San Francisco – December 30, 2021 – Cooley advised Sunbasket, a full-service meal delivery company, on its agreement to merge with keto supplement manufacturer Prüvit. Partners Dave Young and Matt Hallinan led the Cooley team advising Sunbasket.

The combined company, to be called PSB Holdings, will focus on creating a single wellness platform, uniting sustainable food kits and supplements, along with an existing community of health and fitness users. The company also plans to expand its wellness offerings. Prüvit shareholders will own 60% of the new company, while Sunbasket’s shareholders will retain 40%.

Founded in 2014, Sunbasket delivers restaurant-quality meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner – alongside a robust assortment of pantry items – right to consumers’ doorsteps. The company sources sustainable, clean ingredients and organic fresh produce, and has a team of award-winning chefs to carefully curate delicious recipes.
