Regeneration.VC Closes $45 Million Inaugural Fund

Palo Alto – April 11, 2022 – Cooley advised Regeneration.VC, a newly launched, early-stage venture capital fund, on the closing of its $45 million inaugural fund to supercharge consumer-powered climate innovation. Lawyers John Dado, Wyatt Christiansen and Katia MacNeill led the Cooley team advising Regeneration.VC.

Limited partners participating in the fund include North American and European family offices, foundations and institutional investors.

Founded in Los Angeles and co-led by general partners Dan Fishman and Michael Smith, Regeneration.VC is driven by circular and regenerative principles. The fund’s investment strategy encompasses design (materials and packaging), use (consumer brands and products), and reuse technologies (reverse logistics and marketplaces) that generate measurable environmental impact alongside outsized return potential.
