Headline Raises $408 Million for North America-Focused Early-Stage Fund
Palo Alto – July 8, 2022 – Cooley advised Headline, a leading tech-enabled global venture capital firm, on the closing of its North America-focused early-stage fund, Headline US VII, with $408 million in new capital. Lawyers John Dado, Jimmy Matteucci, Paul Roberts, Cunmei Zhang and Emily Hren led the Cooley team advising Headline.
