Cooley Earns High Marks in Patexia's Patent Litigation 2023 Intelligence Report

Patexia has recognized Cooley in its Patent Litigation 2023 Intelligence Report, which analyzes litigation data to determine the top-performing and most active lawyers and firms in patent litigation. Cooley was ranked seventh on Patexia’s overall list of best-performing law firms, based largely on the firm’s fifth-place ranking on the list of best-performing firms representing defendants.

Additionally, Cooley partners Heidi Keefe, Lowell Mead and Reuben Chen were named among the best-performing patent litigators overall, and Keefe and Mead were included in the top 10 on the best-performing patent litigators representing defendants list.

Cooley also landed in the top 20 for the most active firms representing defendants, and Keefe was recognized as the sixth most active patent attorney representing defendants.
