2023 NAWL Rising List
Cooley special counsel Liz Stameshkin and associate Melissa Boyd were recognized by the National Association of Women Lawyers on its 2023 Rising List, which recognizes young and early career lawyers who are advancing in their careers and fighting to advance women in the law.
Liz Stameshkin litigates cases from inception to trial across the US, with an emphasis on high-stakes patent infringement and other technology-focused legal disputes. She has handled cases across a variety of technical disciplines – including virtual reality hardware and software, social networking, internet advertising, video games, digital photography, telecommunications and food science.
Melissa Boyd focuses her practice on general corporate and securities law, representing private and public companies, investors and underwriters. Her practice includes entity formation, organization and governance matters, venture capital and other private financings, and public offerings.
