Odeko Announces $53 Million Series D

New York – April 20, 2023 – Cooley advised Odeko, an all-in-one operations partner for independent coffee shops and cafes, in its $53 million Series D financing round. Partners Patrick Mitchell and Tamim Bazzi led the Cooley team.

The Series D financing round brings Odeko’s total equity investment to $177 million. Existing investors B Capital, GGV Capital and Tiger Global Management – along with new investors Amex Ventures, KSV Global and FJ Labs – contributed to the financing. Proceeds from the funds will be used to invest in Odeko’s platform technology, scale its operations and enter new markets.
