New York – May 22, 2023 – Cooley advised m]x[v Capital, an early-stage venture capital firm headquartered in New York City, on the closing of its $52 million debut fund. Partner Shane Goudey and associates William Newsom, Hongru Sun and Brent Gage led the Cooley team.
Proceeds from the debut fund will be used to invest in early-stage business-to-business enterprise software as a service companies that are paving the way for the next generation of cloud disrupters. The m]x[v team takes an active role in guiding and supporting its portfolio companies, going beyond just providing financial backing and, in certain cases, incubating such companies from scratch.
