Ethan Glass, Cooley partner and chair of the firm’s antitrust & competition practice, earned a spot on The American Lawyer’s Litigation Daily Litigator of the Week Runners-Up and Shout Outs list alongside co-counsel from Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan. The accolade was based on securing a summary judgment win for the National Association of Realtors (NAR) in a high-stakes antitrust case accusing NAR of conspiring to prevent listings by REX, a real estate startup, from showing up on Zillow.
