Contentsquare Agrees To Acquire Heap

New York – September 28, 2023 – Cooley advised Contentsquare, a global leader in digital experience analytics, on its definitive agreement to acquire Heap, an analytics platform. Lawyers Stephane Levy, Bill Sorabella and Izzy Lubarsky led the Cooley team advising Contentsquare.

The transaction will be Contentsquare’s largest acquisition to date and is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2023, subject to customary closing conditions. Following completion of the acquisition, Heap will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Contentsquare.
