Cooley Featured as Law360’s Capital Markets Group of the Year
Charlie Kim and David Peinsipp, Cooley partners and co-chairs of the firm’s global capital markets practice, were quoted by Law360 about Cooley’s 2023 Capital Markets Group of the Year recognition as a leader in two of the highest-volume industries for capital market transactions – technology and life sciences. Kim and Peinsipp highlighted Cooley’s work on Instacart’s $660 million initial public offering, Dutch Bros’ $300 million underwritten public offering of Class A common stock and Acelyrin’s $621 million upsized IPO, as well as the firm’s involvement in 10 of the 12 US healthcare IPOs in 2023. They also shared their predictions for the capital markets sector in 2024.
