GrayMatter Robotics Announces $45 Million Series B

Los Angeles – June 20, 2024 – Cooley advised GrayMatter Robotics, an artificial intelligence-powered robotics leader empowering humans with intelligent automation, on its $45 million Series B financing. The round was led by Wellington Management and included participation from NGP Capital, Euclidean Capital, Advance Venture Partners and SQN Venture Partners, in addition to existing investors 3M Ventures, B Capital, Bow Capital, Calibrate Ventures, OCA Ventures and Swift Ventures.

Lawyers Dave Young, Sean O’Neill, James Reizman, Nathan Alamillo, Rebecca Ross and Kevin King led the Cooley team advising GrayMatter.
