Cooley Lawyer Named in San Diego Business Journal’s 40 Next Top Business Leaders Under Forty
Cooley M&A associate Rajdeep Bains was recognized as a winner in San Diego Business Journal’s 40 Next Top Business Leaders Under Forty 2024, which honors young professionals making an impact on the San Diego community. Rajdeep was noted for representing clients on an aggregate value of more than $25 billion in public and private transactions, including deSPAC acquisitions and cross-border deals. Additionally, the publication noted his work advising multiple pro bono clients in their corporate governance and transactional needs, assisting local entrepreneurs with their startup needs, and his service as a board member for the South Asian Bar Association of San Diego.
