Cooley Wins 2024 Small Company Turnaround/Transaction of the Year
Cooley’s representation of Lucira Health in its Chapter 11 bankruptcy case was recognized as a 2024 Small Company Turnaround/Transaction of the Year by Turnaround Management Association. Cooley lawyers Robert Eisenbach and Olya Antle were also named for representing Lucira Health.
The Turnaround and Transaction of the Year Awards are chosen based on a rigorous peer-review process by the volunteer TMA Awards Committee. The process includes extensive diligence of each nominated case. As the judges review all components of each entry, they look for well-defined, measurable outcomes.
Winners and recipients were recognized during the 2024 TMA Annual Conference.
