Cooley Incorporation Documents Now Power Stripe Atlas
New York/San Francisco – February 21, 2025 – Cooley and Stripe Atlas have launched a new initiative allowing startups to now use Atlas, an incorporation service offered by Stripe, to form their C corp using forms developed in collaboration with Cooley. These documents were previously only available on Cooley GO, Cooley’s award-winning microsite that makes various templates and other useful information available for free to startups at all stages of the growth cycle.
