Cooley Shortlisted for Two GCR Awards
Cooley has been shortlisted for two honors by Global Competition Review as part of its annual GCR Awards program, which recognizes creative, strategic and innovative litigation work done on behalf of clients.
The firm has been named a finalist in the top category, Matter of the Year, for its representation of the Pac-12 Conference in In re: College Athlete NIL Litigation.
Additionally, in the Litigation of the Year – Non-Cartel Defense category, the firm’s representation of the National Association of Realtors has been recognized in the shortlisting of Real Estate Exchange, Inc. v. Zillow, Inc. for the second consecutive year.
