Two Cooley litigation teams earned recognition on The American Lawyer’s Litigation Daily Litigator of the Week Runners-Up and Shout-Outs list.
A Cooley commercial litigation team led by partner Adam Gershenson and special counsel Dane Voris earned a runners-up spot for securing a summary judgment on behalf of Lunan Pharmaceutical Group in an upcoming trade secrets trial against Long Zhao, the daughter of the company’s founder. The team also included associates Meredith Kelly and Allison Sherwood.
A Cooley securities litigation team led by partners Brian French and Shannon Eagan earned a shoutout for securing an early summary judgment for software client Freshworks in a securities class action. The team also included associates Linh Nguyen, Claire Olin, Andrew Johnson, Trevor O’Bryan, Anne Bigler, and Anuva Ganapathi.
