Business Groups Take Steps to Appeal Conflict Minerals Decision

According to this article in The Wall Street Journal, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, National Association of Manufacturers and the Business Roundtable have filed a notice of intent to appeal the federal court ruling that upheld the SEC's conflict minerals rules. The decision is discussed in the email attached below. The article reports that initial documents required for the appeal are due September 12, according to a clerk's order issued Tuesday by the U.S. Court of Appeals for DC Circuit.
