Delaware Upholds Forum Selection Bylaws -- Plaintiffs Voluntarily Dismiss Appeal

According to this morning's thecorporatecounsel.net blog, quoting another blog, the plaintiffs in the Delaware forum selection case referred to below (and discussed further in my email of 7/8/13) have voluntarily withdrawn their appeal, presumably on the basis that their chances of success were minute. That leaves standing Chancellor Strine's opinion validating exclusive forum bylaws as a general matter – they could still be challenged in particular cases.
