As the director of administration for Cooley’s Reston office, Lisa keeps operations running smoothly by coordinating events, optimizing space, and ensuring safety and security. Her experience also encompasses local human resources and financial management. Lisa supports firmwide programs for diversity, recruitment, benefits and wellness. With a passion for helping people, she champions Cooley’s culture and collaborative environment. When she’s not at the office, you can find Lisa in the kitchen whipping up new recipes, at the gym working up a sweat, outside tending to her garden or jet-setting to far-flung destinations.
