Cooley advised GGV Capital (GGV) on the closing of its new funds totaling $1.88 billion. The new funds include GGV Capital VII and VII Plus, GGV Discovery II and GGV Capital VII Entrepreneurs Fund.

Beijing – October 15, 2018 – Cooley won the Investment Funds International Firm of the Year category at the 12th annual China Law & Practice Awards, held on September 13 in Beijing.

Cooley advised Gaorong Capital on the oversubscribed closing of its fifth flagship US dollar fund at $1.15 billion, bringing the firm’s assets under management to about $4 billion. Lawyers Jordan Silber, Xun Zeng and Jingyi Xu led the Cooley team advising Gaorong.
