Cooley advised Fontainebleau Aviation, a part of Fontainebleau Development’s luxury services division, on its partnership with Skyservice Business Aviation.

Cooley advised Dropbox on its acquisition of FormSwift, a cloud-based service that provides individuals and businesses solutions to create, edit and save critical business forms and agreements. Dropbox is a collaboration platform transforming how people work together – from the smallest business to the largest enterprise.
