Mike leads Cooley’s security and technology departments. He is responsible for developing, leading and executing a comprehensive security, privacy and technology strategy that aligns with business goals and supports the firm’s growth plans. Mike also supervises all security, privacy, and technical aspects of the firm, creates strategies to protect company assets, data, and infrastructure, and leads technical staff to ensure efficient product support.
