Event summary
2022 will be a busy year for legal and privacy professionals preparing for a new generation of US privacy laws that will start to take effect on January 1, 2023. This webinar series presents a holistic roadmap to compliance with these laws – the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), the Colorado Privacy Act, the Connecticut Data Privacy Act, the Utah Consumer Privacy Act, and the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act – and highlights the steps that businesses should be taking during each quarter of 2022 to stay on pace and complete compliance efforts by the deadline.

This session will summarize the long-awaited CPRA regulations (the initial draft of which was issued at the end of May) and how they impact your compliance journey, and suggest a prioritization of compliance efforts to be completed by year-end.
