Event summary

The VC-Backed Board Academy (VCBA) is a program for new and seasoned directors of venture capital-backed companies, crafted to elevate your leadership in the boardroom.

Presented by Cooley, the UC Center for Business Law, San Francisco, and Nasdaq, the VCBA is a first-of-its-kind executive education seminar tailored to the unique challenges and opportunities faced by board members of venture-backed companies.

Led by a diverse roster of speakers, the curated agenda will address the critical business and legal developments impacting the VC ecosystem. You will come away from the event with actionable insights, equipped with the tools necessary to effectively govern a venture-backed company in 2024 and beyond.

Please note: Attendance is limited to board members of VC-backed companies (i.e., investors, founders, C-level management and independent directors) and is subject to a short application process and $1,450 admission fee.

Cooley clients and friends: Reach out to your regular Cooley contact or Anya Kielbik for a separate registration process.
